I had been looking for six months, often & on, for the right vehicle to replace my BMW. Something that was fun to drive but also gave me some good space options. Thankfully, the GMC Acadia that I have now will be something I can be proud of for a long time. Doc was personable and informative… Didn’t pressure me in anyway and just wanted to help with my travel needs. The Acadia is in great shape, low mileage, and not to mention my wife loves to ride in it, being higher in an SUV, than in a sedan. Overall, I am very, very pleased and would highly suggest versatile collection for your next shopping experience.
Ultimately, I purchased my Volvo the day after my test drive! I used CarGurus to help me with my search and scheduling test drives. Rusty Hill, sales, got in contact with me and told me I'd love it once I saw it and drove it. He was absolutely correct! He was not pushy and explained how his dealership worked! Considering my research and the recently discounted price tag...I felt like he was genuine. We did negotiate over the course of 24-36 hours. Once I was satisfied with the deal I agreed and put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Rusty was very responsive with me and my Credit union via email, phone, and text while I waited my loan to be processed. Overall, he's knowledgeable, fair, and made buying a used car pleasant. On the day of purchase/pickup I was able to meet the GM of the dealership . Walter was very personable! This made me confident that I chose the right car and dealership for me! The dealership is relatively small but they have loads of luxury vehicles. All of them in excellent condition!
In these days and time, it's very hard to find honest, good people, especially in the car business. I drove a long ride, and I don't regret it one bit!
