We had an excellent experience here! The whole time I felt like our salesman, Jesse, did everything he could possibly do for us. He worked hard to get our son his first car. He even came in on his day off to finalize some things for us. Definitely not the pushy, haggling, stereotypical experience that one pictures when thinking about buying a used car. Excellent customer service, As a first buyer I was scared to get in bebt and had lost of questions about hidden tricks of the financial process. But Abigail Miner, understood and sense my fears and doubts, she answered all my questions and explained to me the process with words that I could understand. She was very nice, polite and very patient with all my questions, more than that, she understood all my concerns. She also gave me the best advice of what to do in the future payments and possible future changes in my contract. Wich was for me, is an excellent option.
