I have purchased 3 cars, XC60‘s, from Ken Pollock Volvo over a short period of time. Corey, my salesman is absolutely top notch….knows more about these cars than any salesperson I have dealt with in many dealerships over many years. He is very personable and works on getting to know you and what you like. Ken Pollock was recommended to me by a friend who specifically recommended Corey. Derek on the business side is impeccably detail oriented. All of my paperwork was done before I went to pick up my cars. He instills confidence in you regarding your purchase from the business angle. He too is very personable. Steve, General Manager, hangs in the background BUT clearly knows what is going on every step of the way. He is a soft spoken guy, very low key. This is the only car dealership where I have purchased a car and never felt pressured. Always felt everyone just wanted me to get the car I wanted with no hassles at a very satisfactory price. All of this in a beautiful show/waiting room with comfortable seating, natural light, TV, computer hook ups, beverages and snacks.
