2024 Volvo XC40 B5 Plus Bright AWD

I had a positive experience during my first visit to Schumacher Volvo's Service Dept. I was promptly greeted by Chris who provided excellent customer service as my service advisor. Chris stayed on top of my repair, keeping me aware of the progress until my car was ready. I really received first class treatment...similar to my experience buying the Volvo thru the salesman I used. If interested his name is Elliot Bates.

As always, Chris P. in the service department was phenomenal to work with. If I ever purchased another Volvo at a different dealership I would still go to Schumacher to work with him. He is truly a great ambassador for both their business and brand. He is knowledgable, honest and trustworthy. A true professional. And on the sales side, Daniel Z. is equally impressive. Patient and willing to go above and beyond to earn our business. His knowledge is only surpassed by his low-pressure approach which made us feel he truly wanted us to buy whichever vehicle fit our family best, even if it wasn’t a Volvo. We will undoubtedly do business with him again and encourage anyone looking to lease or purchase a vehicle from Schumacher to ask for him.

Just picked up my 2nd Volvo XC90 at Volvo Schuhmacher Palm Beach. Andrew Bisaccia took care of the return of my 2021 model, and made sure everything was working in my new 2024 Volvo. He took the time to connect my phone with the car, I will never again type a destination in my phone, the new technology is amazing!!! 10 stars for Andrew, he was just TERRIFIC, professional, friendly, helpful and made sure I tested some of the new Volvo models, until I found the one which works for our family!
