2025 Volvo XC40 B5 Core Bright AWD

This was an excellent experience. The smoothest, easiest car buying experience I've ever had. We showed up 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, but Carl never made us feel like we were putting them out. They didn't do typical delay tactics, and it wasn't high pressure. We drove out of there with a new volvo. It was pleasant and painless. Thank you, Carl and the rest of the team! I felt like a valued customer. Plus, I love my new car.

Just want to thank the team at Volvo Cars Oklahoma City for a wonderful car buying experience! I ordered my beautiful 2024 Volvo XC 60 T8 Recharge back in August 2023. Kale and Debbie from the sales team kept in touch with me frequently throughout the ordering process and always made me feel “in-the-know” regarding the expected arrival date. On day of pickup, Debbie did an excellent job of keeping my kids entertained and corralled while my wife and I signed paperwork and finalized the purchase. Debbie even went the extra mile to bring the car inside as it was a frigid day in OKC (about 10 degrees F ????)! Cynthia was also excellent in the finance department and made the warranty selection process a breeze! Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for a smooth and stress free car buying experience. Car shopping can be a painful process with aggressive salespeople but definitely not the case here! Debbie was fantastic to work with. She listened to our wish list and narrowed the field of options for us. Very, very knowledgeable and helpful. Not once did she try to get us to “step up” to anything different or more expensive. Very friendly and easy to talk to during the entire process. Cynthia was also very helpful. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had! The first dealership that took time to make a follow up call to see if we had any issues or questions! Everyone we talked with was very professional and courteous!
