2025 Volvo XC60 B5 Plus Dark AWD

Recently purchased a Lexus ES350 from Lindsay Volvo and the experience was a good and pleasant one. I dealt with Mr. Graham Byrd, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very honest and upfront and even took care of a few details that I identified during my test drive and inspection of the vehicle, to include a second key that was misplaced and was purchased and the key cut by Lindsay Lexus. Overall was very satisfied with my purchase experience and would highly recommend Lindsay Volvo and Mr. Graham which was the sale purchase. representative that handled my purchase. By the way, I really did like the fact that they detailed the car and left it with a full tank of gas....

Had some service done here this week and was able to schedule for the very next morning. New location was very clean, well staffed, and i was helped right away. The service coordinator answered all my questions and booked me a shuttle (Lyft) to work and back at my convenience. I was kept in the loop via text and was able to view and approve each line item via a link while on my lunch break which made the whole process fairly painless. I also called twice when I had little time to wait for a text response and was able to speak with someone both times quickly. Would definitely recommend using this service department to other Volvo owners/lovers. I also purchased a car (white T8 Polestar Engineered S60) several years ago from Gus at their previous location and had a very pleasant experience with him and the team. Don’t know who all still works there in the sales and finance departments but I think Gus still does and deserves the shoutout!
