Todd was very polite and professional. In addition to standard service, there were couple of mysterious noise issues that I wanted to be fixed. Todd took a detail note such that mechanics be able to understand. To make the story short, after the service everything got fixed. Very happy with the outcome and customer service.

Although I made a mistake about my service day scheduled for my car, Todd accommodated me to have my service done on timely manor. The only thing that I had noticed , even from last year service is this , this dealership does not put any effort to wash and vacuum the car after service at all. From your costumer view (me) is very disappointing. I have had Mercedes and Lexus before and it was such a great feeling to get a car back after any service , vacuumed and in a mint , clean condition.
