The amount of respect, kindness, and patience this team has is phenomenal. I've had my Volvo serviced here since we moved to Colorado in 2020 and every experience has been OUTSTANDING. The service staff is always friendly, (Keith & Abby) and the mechanic himself (Andrew) will come out and drive with us if the car is making a sound that we have trouble describing. Both times the mechanic was able to know exactly what the sound was in a matter of minutes. I absolutely love these guys and love the outstanding customer experience they provide me, treating me as if I'm an old friend. I highly recommend!!
Had a fantastic experience working with Eric Kimberlin. This is our 2nd Volvo we have leased from Sill-TerHar. Eric made everything easy - he provided timely updates via email or phone as our XC60 got closer to delivery. He made sure everything was ready on the day to take home our car and the process was easy and smooth. Steve in the finance department was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
