After a fantastic experience at Dublin Volvo, I felt compelled to share my story. My husband and I were in the market for a new car but didn't know which one to choose. We stumbled upon a Volvo on a website and decided to check it out after work. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jacob, who was friendly and helpful from the start. Unlike other dealerships, Jacob never pressured us. He offered his assistance without being pushy. He quickly set us up for a test drive and we were hooked. The purchase was seamless and stress-free, thanks to Jacob's exceptional service. Additionally, the warranty and coverage that came with the car (as well as the extended warranty we purchased) brought me peace of mind for years to come. Outstanding experience at Volvo Dublin! Farhad, our sales person, was so patient, knowledgeable, listened to and answered all of our questions, and was so warm and welcoming. It was a big decision for us after looking at seven other cars and the Volvo stood out over all of them. Sammy, the sales manager, was extremely helpful, welcoming and warm, and worked with us to make it all happen. Jacob, the finance manager, provided us with great service and expedited the finance and paperwork process. Throughout all of our visits (3) to the dealership, we were met with the greatest respect, in a ‘no pressure’ environment. The dealership building itself was really comfortable, provided a selection of drinks and snacks and was a pleasure to be in, as it does take time to make decisions and finalize. Overall an outstanding experience and we highly recommend them!
