Service starts from the moment you drive into the service area with videos taken of your vehicle. I was informed about the status of my vehicle by the mechanic who sent me a video message of what was completed and suggested action to take on vehicle issues found. A ride home was offered so I didn’t have to wait for my car. Very good service experience.

As a new car owner, this was my first service visit to Volvo Cars Brooklyn. I had initially purchased my car at this very dealership so was pleasantly surprised to see the same people at the servicing welcome area when I arrived! Booking the appointment was easy, they even offered a round trip for me to go home and return when my car was done with servicing and state inspection. The servicing video that they send to you with commentary is a bonus! The car was washed and vacuumed and clean upon pickup. Very happy with my visit to Volvo Cars Brooklyn.
