First of all, the sales associate, Mike, was extremely polite, not pushy at all, didn't try to stop us when we were walking out to make up our mind overnight, and was more accommodating than he had to be. Second, Honda's have a great name and I think the company understands that they don't need to pressure people into sales. We are happy with our purchase (CRV EX-L) and will definitely continue to do business with Mike and Honda North!
