I had been to umpteen dealerships, dealing with a lot of people, researching a variety of different types of Toyotas. I had come in exhausted after avoiding a lemon at another dealership. I had a fairly narrow budget and specific interest type for a car (Camry, post 2014, ~15k). Robert worked fast and intently with me to find me the perfect fit — cars that weren’t even on the lot/website full yet. He worked with my budget perfectly. Completely kind, patient, and amicable throughout. The whole process was efficient but not rushed. He taught me about hybrids. He messaged me cars that fit my bill as they came in and offered many ideas. If I can give this place a 10 star I would. Had the best experience here. My family was desperate in need of a vehicle. We have 16 month baby girl and we didn't have no transportation to get to work or anywhere.
