We purchased a Chevy Silverado from Gold Rush Chevy and Shane Grauer. I had used the service dept before but this was our first car buy. Shane was extremely knowledgeable about the product, over the top courteous and professional in every way. But first and foremost, was never about a high pressure sale. He actually encouraged us to, "sleep on it." That was not something I recall ever experiencing in my 52 years of car buying!
