My family and I came to town on a sunday to visit some friends for a child's birthday party. unfortunately we experienced a rim and wheel stud failure. Being on a sunday we decided to tow our vehicle to friends house for the night. Called Charles Allen Ford first thing monday morning asking if we could deliver a un movable truck on a tow truck for a failure assessment. James from the service department said sure thing, and so we did. James started the entire process answering all the "first timer" questions I threw at him. After being instructed that my extended warranty was unable to help, and I was back at home at this point 4 days later, due to warranty policy issues. James and the General Manager - Michael where very helpful in making a sticky and time sensitive situation taken care of and could not have asked for better customer service!
