I had no response from Qmerit to install garage charger. She hopped on the issue and take immediate action to get it moving and achieve satisfactory results. She help initiate GM tow truck service to dealer at an incident of flat tire. She stayed beyond normal hours at dealer to look over the Bolt EUV until it is serviced. I had home charging difficulty due to charging box cable went bad. She helps get a new charging cable ordered quickly.
