Found truck online and called dealership after closing to leave message and salesman Kenny Long called me back within 5 minutes and we discussed the truck. Next day got everything squared away to pick up a couple days later. Picked truck up and had a few issues. Kenny got it back in and fixed and then a few warranty things everyone was great to work with and made purchasing the truck great. Best dealership and staff I have dealt with in my life as far a purchasing a vehicle. Was definitely worth the 2 hour drive

My wife and I really enjoyed our buying experience at Greenbrier. We had done a fair amount of homework online before ever showing up and knew the two vehicles we wanted to look at. We looked at them both in the parking lot before deciding on the one we were most interested in. We were ready to buy so it really came down to the sales experience. If it started off badly, we would have walked off the lot. As we walked towards the building, we were met by our salesperson, Brennan Toler. He had a very pleasant demeanor and was eager to help with any questions. What I liked most about working with Brennan is he stayed focused on one part of the sales process at a time. So we talked only about the price of the vehicle until that was agreed upon then we moved on to the value of our trade in. Then once we got that done, we started to talk about financing options. After that, we talked about what, if any, money we were going to put down. We've had too many experiences where the sales associate just jumps all over the place, bouncing between all those different, important aspects of the sale, leading to us being confused and frustrated. But Brennan took each one separately and we didn't move on to the next one until we were satisfied with the last topic. Just as luck would have it, we came in to the dealership about an hour before they closed. We weren't in a rush so we had agreed to all the numbers in principle and said we'd come back the next day to finish the deal. Brennan asked me a couple questions the next day via text and by the time we arrived there in the late afternoon of the second day, everything was pretty much done. We had to spend some time with the sales manager signing paperwork and discussing warranty options, but that was it. Once that was done, we were out the door. In total, we might have spent two hours in the dealership, which is a new record for us. And to be honest, a lot of that time was spent just chatting. The actual time spent doing the deal was less than 90 minutes and that includes time spent on the lot and doing the test drive. This was hands down the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! Thanks to the whole Greenbrier team but especially to Brennan!
