Erik was awesome. We ended up purchasing a used Honda Pilot and Erik was incredibly helpful. My wife and I have shopped for cars before and you have to deal with less than ideal salesmen. Erik was fair, understood what we were looking for, and was never pushy. We will definitely try to do business with Kolar Hyundai in the future.

Austin Glad, his Business Manager Jared and their sales team at Kolar Hyundai in Hermantown, Minnesota are an awesome group of people. When I became discouraged with my original plans for financing a new auto purchase, Austin and his sales team were able to lift my spirits by helping me get set up with Hyundai financing. Not only did I get approved, but I was able to get more discounts and incentives than I was even aware of existed. They were able to offer me incentives based on what they've observed in my application information. I really appreciated that bit of initiative on their part to get me the best deal. They're very courteous, low pressure, professional and efficient. I expressed that I had a trip coming up in a short time and thought "wouldn't that be nice if I could have a new car by then to make that trip in". I ordered rust proofing as part of the purchase and that alone usually gets scheduled out a ways into the future that would have negated my plans for making that trip in the new car. However, they managed to schedule the process to have the car available in time for the trip. This is just one example in how far they go to provide an excellent service. In short, I started my research with Consumer Reports on Sunday night, made contact with Austin on Monday for a price quote on a specific vehicle, then failed to find financing at home. I recontacted Austin and his team and was finalizing my purchase by Wednesday afternoon! I would recommend to anyone to seek the service that the Kolar Hyundai sales team has to offer.
