Rafael was able to easily help me transfer my lease on my vehicle to a finance a year early and able to get my car payments down a significant amount from what it was during my lease and what I was quoted, it would be when I switched to a finance. The customer service was outstanding and I was able to get everything done that I wanted to. It was a fairly easy and simple process. The only downside is that it was pretty time-consuming and not everything was ready when it was said to be just because of some glitches in the system. But otherwise was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended
