2024 Dodge Hornet 1.3 R/T Plus eAWD

This was our first time buying from Don Hattan and working with salesman John Collins. We were extremely satisfied with John's overall hustle, knowledge of the vehicles, and of course his lighthearted, fun personality! We enjoyed working with him so much that we purchased 2 vehicles in 72 hours!!! The sales manager, Don, spoke our language with working the numbers. Even though the paperwork process was not as fast as we hoped, we left the dealership each time feeling great about our new ride and the price we paid. We purchased a 2024 Chevy Equinox on March 20, 2024. Andrew Brown helped us through the purchase process. He was very thorough with everything we needed to know about the Equinox and was quick to answer any questions that we had. The process was smooth, he was polite, helpful, and very professional. Found a blazer I was looking at online & spoke to Nick over the phone. We setup an appointment and he had everything ready to go for us as soon as we got there. He walked out and greeted us before we even go to the door. He was very pleasant & respectful the entire time. Never once seemed pushy, rushed, or like he was just trying to earn a buck. We were very picky/needy customers and he took it on with grace. We also liked that he was personable. He didn’t seem like your average car salesman. Lastly, he went above & beyond to make sure we got a good deal, were treated well, & got exactly what we wanted. After the weekend he followed up to make sure we were still loving the car & made sure to reassure us that if we needed anything at all we could contact him. I will recommend anyone to Nick & the Don Hattan dealership. We had a wonderful experience with everyone there we came in contact with.
