2024 Dodge Hornet 1.3 R/T Plus eAWD

Todd and Joe in service are excellent together. Constantly keeping the customer informed and willing to do whatever is neccessary to get the job done. I traveled an hour out to have my Ram 2500 6.7 fixed. I was having some emission problems with constant regens. I brought 14 pages of documented regens with graphs showing the soot levels based on mileage. The truck was regening every 50 miles or less. There technician found the wrong tune file was done when the cp4 recall happened by another dealership. Also the DPF had failed too. Browns made sure I had a loaner car and made sure to get parts overnighted. They went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done correctly and up to my standards. They made sure I was able to talk with the technician and explain the trouble shooting I had done before venturing out saving them time. Once again I can not say enough good things about the service department. I've referred a dozen people from the quad cities and everyone that has made the trip out has the same thing to say. Yesterday I traded in my car at Brown’s. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle here. I initially heard about them from a friend’s recommendation. I reviewed their website and was very satisfied with the clear images and information provided to find a variety of vehicles that peaked my interest.
