I had a fantastic experience buying a used Kia Soul EV here! The team at Eco Auto NW is extremely professional and knowledgeable about electric vehicles. They don't just sell cars; they understand the technology inside out. They arranged for a battery replacement at the dealer under warranty, and now the car is showing 103 miles of range—that's even higher than the official 93-mile rating! The staff was friendly, transparent, and helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a used EV in the Seattle area, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

This place is the real deal. I brought my MS in for service, and wowww what a difference from dealership. The front desk/owner ladies were absolutely outstanding and so nice. Super welcoming right from the start. Then there’s Angel the former Tesla master technician. He rode along on the test drive with me and instantly understood my niche issues specific to this model year. He knew about the backwards bolt, gave me a realistic estimate on how long the half-shaft, sway bar, control links has left, and could tell what was actually urgent vs. what could wait. No parts cannon nonsense here! They are honest and avoids unnecessary replacements. He even walked me under the car and showed me exactly what he was seeing and thinking. You just don’t get that level of transparency anymore. They sorted out my issues, ordered the parts for next week, and the whole thing only cost me half an hour of diagnostic time. Oh, and Angel cleaned my main AC evaporator/filter for FREE! That’s like a $200 service at Tesla, absolutely insane. 10/10. They’re handling this car for the rest of my ownership, no question. Going to a car dealership and dealing with their personnel can be a stressful experience but that is not the case with Eco NW. Full transparency, excellent customer service and most importantly, no pressure at all! I just bought a Toyota hybrid here that was priced very fairly and they gave me a decent trade-in for my old high mileage plug-in hybrid whereas most deals offered me half of what eco gave me. Gary, Shannon, Genny and Marcie were all excellent people to work with and made the car buying process as simple as possible. If you need to finance, that is something You might want to do on your own, but the staff here made that very simple. This is how buying a car should be and they also have great coffee!
