Working with Allen was really great to get me into my (new to me) 2014 Chevy Volt. Responsive, professional, and overall showing that good customer service matters to him. SUPER knowledgeable about EVs and the currently available Federal EV Tax Credit. This made a huge difference between the other lots out there who largely had no clue about the 30% POS used EV rebate program. Made the decision to work with Allen a no-brainer. There were a few hiccups along the way with the particular car, but Allen went way above and beyond to make sure it was in tip top running order before handing over the key. I'm very satisfied with my experience because Calk Motors made sure it wasn't like all the other painful times I've had to work with a used car lot. They are model that other dealerships should aspire to.

Just picked up a 2014 Ford F350 Platinum, I'd give 10 stars if I could. Ive bought over 35 vehicles in the past 12 years and I must say I'm highly impressed with Allen Calk at Calk Motors. Allen's communication and customer service has set the bar to a new high standard in my books. I'm a very meticulous and a detail oriented person due to my military background and this purchase was a first truck and diesel for me. After research and talking prior for two days with Allen about the truck I decided to take a 5 hour one way trip out from California to Arizona. Allen made leaps and bounds to go the extra mile by meeting me to view the truck on the 4th of July holiday while everyone else was closed. What's more American than buying a truck on the 4th of July? *eagle screeches*!!! After checking out the truck I sealed the deal and made the purchase. However I still had to wait for my new truck as we planned to have it shipped out to me back in CA and so the suspense grew. When I left the dealership I still had plenty of last minute questions come to mind. Fortunately Allens communication skills are on point. In my experiences any other person would make a sale and dust their hands clean without a care in the world, but not Allen. A wise man told me "in the absence of communication is chaos" and I'll tell you I felt no chaos in the slightest. I couldn't ask for a better vehicle buying experience. 1000% satisfied and I would 1000% do business with Allen again. Quick shoutout, Allen and his brother Derrin also took care of any issues I had with the truck, they even got it looking shiny and clean for me upon delivery. talk about going the extra mile.

I would recommend these guys to anyone to go with them for a vehicle purchase. Allen was very helpful and communicative through the whole process and went above and beyond what any other dealer would do to help.
