BMW in Shrewsbury is an excellent place to buy a car. I just bought my second car from them. I went from a commuter 328i to an X5 for our large dogs and grandchildren. They have gone through my stages in life with me. My sales rep, Ryan, was capable, understanding and extremely likable. I ended up with the perfect car for me, after three test drives and i spent less than i thought. The purchase was seamless and we had training on the new features. I can go back and get additional questions answered after I’ve driven the car a bit. The place is comfortable, spacious and the fun coffee machine a plus! I came to this dealership in need of help with a recall in which the official repair was yet to be published. My service advisor Lance was excellent at keeping me informed on the status of the vehicle, went in depth with my options and they helped engage regional and national resources to get my 328i back on the road! I must say I have never had such a good experience. While it required lots of patience at times, the outcome was worth the wait!
