As my husband and I were browsing to buy our first car together, Juan Galvan was extremely helpful. I bought a 2011 F350 for a great deal! I would definitely recommend Elite 1 if you're in the market for a vehicle! The "Juan and only" is a super nice guy, doesn't give you the run around, answers all questions honestly, and is super helpful.

I recently purchased a car and they were all great, easy and painless. Then I realized my temp tag was going to expire the next day. Called and they said the plates would not be in until that day also. I had to work late heat night and couldn't pick them up. Talked to Juan and explained my problem, and he went over and above what he had to do and went way out of his way to bring my plates to my work in Richland. He didn't have to do that and I so appreciated it. If I ever need another vehicle, they will be the first place I go! Thanks again!!
