My experience with Ferrari of San Francisco was amazing. Right from the very beginning when I reached out, I was contacted by Jeff Harley. He helped me through the whole process and was extremely kind and friendly. I definitely recommend anyone who is interested in a vehicle to reach out! :)

Lee Perkins and everyone at Ferrari of SF made my out of state purchase and car delivery seamless and worry free. Lee did a wonderful job keeping me informed throughout the process and seemed to anticipate in advance any question I might have had. My buying experience with Ferrari of San Francisco could not have gone better.

I'm currently thinking about acquiring a pre-owned Prancing Horse. I have been window shopping online for a few months and I actually met the Manger Mark by accident. We were chatting (I didn't know he was the GM at the time) and he mentioned several things that I thought was very interesting. I had the misconception that working with a Ferrari retailer was going to be a less than pleasant experience based upon what i've heard. Hence my online searching. However based upon my conversation, I may have the wrong idea. Mark was very upfront, genuine and a pleasure to talk with. It wasn't until late in the conversation that he mentioned he was the GM. His whole philosophy was centered around what is the right thing to do in the rare event an issue comes up. Keep the ownership experience an excellent one and to maintain the highest level of brand integrity which I appreciate and strive for in my business dealing as well. I went to the dealership the very next day. The overall experience was excellent. The visual aesthetic of the building, location and how the product(s) are presented are top notch. I met a gentleman by the name of Jeff and talked Ferrari, other cars and track experiences while he gave me a tour of the facility. He is VERY detailed, I like that. My son was with me and he really liked it as well. Unfortunately the model I saw online was out for maintenance which is probably a good thing as I would have come home with a new-to-me Ferrari. My wife would've killed me. There was a Black on Black (Nero on Nero) one on-site and that had about 90% of what I was looking for. However, If i'm spending this much on a driving experience I want it to be EXACTLY what I want. I don't want to have any thoughts in the back of my head about missing out on the Carbon Fiber trim haha. I will continue to do some research on my end but I will DEFINITELY make my purchase from Ferrari of San Francisco when I do decide to pull the trigger.
