Always a great pleasure working with this dealer. Every staff member I have encountered has been delightful. Sales department is well organized, proactive, communicative, and knowledgeable. My car has been serviced here for the last two years and I have absolute trust and confidence in the technicians and advisors. They’ve always worked with me on stuff that pops up, they’re very hospitable if you’re waiting on some service, and really more than anything else, everyone at this store is just a pleasure to talk to. It’s like a bunch of genuine car guys just hanging out having a good time.

Probably the greatest car buying experience I have had! I saw a vehicle in my color when randomly window shopping when they were closed. I walked in the next day and was greeted by Mariana who has been the best to work with in this purchase! She explained the whole purchase process and was very accommodating with my work schedule/ traveling as I live on the other side of the country. The process was efficient and we did most of the deal through by the phone. Delivery and signing papers was quick and easy! She also arranged for a recall to take place and make sure the car was perfect before shipping it home and working with my hectic schedule to make it happen! She even arranged shipment of my vehicle back home doing all the legwork for me! The rest of the staff there was very helpful that she introduced me to and I worked with on the sale…. Very happy and will get my next Ferrari from her even though it’s on the other side of the county, the service and professionalism speaks for itself which is why no distance will hamper me from doing business with her and the staff at Ferrari of Tampa Bay.
