2022 Lamborghini Urus 4.0 V8

I highly recommend this dealership and its staff! I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler 4xe from here in Feb. '23. Their pricing was fair and Otis went out of his way to assist me throughout the process. Due to time constraints, I was not able to make it to the dealership and I was very nervous about making a purchase from several hundred miles away. Otis did a FaceTime call with me and walked me through everything I wanted to see while also providing all the evidence I needed to have as high a level of confidence as you can have when purchasing remotely. The McLaren team was extremely efficient in getting the paper work taken care of and finalizing the transaction - shout out to Justin for his help there. Otis arranged for the Jeep to be shipped directly to my door within a matter of days. When the Jeep arrived, it was perfect - exactly as Otis had described. I've never seen a more perfectly detailed used vehicle. The website goes into detail about their cleaning process and it doesn't oversell anything. I've since detailed the Jeep myself several times and I haven't been able to get anywhere near as clean as what they had done. Lastly, when I went to register the vehicle, I realized I had misplaced the title. I called Otis and he directed me to Christina who went out of her way to get me a replacement title quickly. I sincerely appreciate all the extra effort from the McLaren team and next time I'm in Chicago, I will definitely stop by to thank them in person!

Exceptional experience from beginning to end. Living in Maryland, I was extremely sceptical about making a purchase from a dealership hundreds of miles away. Jake, my sales rep, stayed patient with me and answered all by concerns. Car actually arrived early! They all were honest and straightforward Amazing professionalism.
