My husband and I were able to find a fantastic used F-150 with very low mileage, and in almost perfect condition at a price where others were offering older, more expensive options. Justin and the rest of the crew were dedicated, attentive and willing to do whatever possible to make the experience quick and painless. I anticipate having a long, rewarding relationship with this dealership. Definitely recommend!

Cochran Ford is the best! I took my car to get an inspection. Kevin was the service manager I dealt with and he did a great job. My car needed some things to pass inspection, so I had to bring my car back the next day. Kevin didn’t charge me for the first round. After it passed the second time they dropped my car off at my house with the valet service! I loved that! Thank you!!! Jill Gercken

I had an emissions inspection, state inspection, oil changed, filters changed, tires rotated, front and rear wiper blades replaced all in two hours. Oh and they washed my car. The service reps kept me informed and reminded me to check for my points discount. Very professional and courteous at this dealership every time I go there.

I dropped my truck off for a routine oil change as well as having the alignment checked and adjusted if needed. I was contacted the service coordinator, Amanda, to inform me that during the alignment process, it was found that the camber angle was out of spec, thus hindering the ability to properly align the vehicle. I was informed that the right front corner would need to have a few shims added, which wouldn't be available until the following day, should I choose to have them proceed. I got my vehicle back the following day in a very timely manner with the utmost professionalism put into it by the technicians, as having clear and concise communication and customer service from the service coordinator. I think the only way my experience could have been any better is if I had received a complimentary detailing.
