I refer everyone to Albert! He was friendly and listened to what my needs were for a car. He gave he options and walked me though each car and told me so much about each one. He got me the car I wanted and it fits me so perfect!! Showing me options to make sure everything fit what I could afford and of my liking. It meant so much to me. He even checked on me and my new car a few times after I bought it to make sure I still loved it as much as I did when I got it. And I do ????! He also helped me learn how to navigate my app for Nissan and even paired my phone for me because this was so new to me ????????????????

These guys are the best kept up with information as they got it from the tech. And didn't need to but gave me a ride home even. Your situation my be different. Thank you all for keeping up with all 4 new Nissans the past 20 years. If they made a truck to haul 25 thousand pounds I'd buy it . But we are going with a HDT and a toy hauler full time on the road. Great service department! Mark Pegher, provided outstanding customer service. I needed to bring my vehicle in for a recall. I called the service department Friday, they were able to get me in Monday. I was out of there in less they 45 minutes and they didn't try to get me to pay for any extra services. Truly great experience. I drove a little further to get my service done here and it was totally worth it!

Alberto Santos was wonderful! I myself am in sales and am pretty particular in my dealings with other sales people. Alberto was not only friendly, but he was genuine. He was knowledgeable and presented all information with clarity. He was very patient and took his time in making sure that I had all of my questions answered. He was a consummate professional, a sales person who very naturally built a trusting relationship immediately, and is a person I would refer all of my family and friends to! ??

My son bought his first car today. This is my fourth car purchase from Cochran. This was our first time with Quinn Sassone. He helped us get the financing done from home so that we could save time at the dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable about all cars and could help with all of our questions. He was honest about the history of the car, so I felt confident we were making a good purchase. Definitely ask for Quinn. Our finance experience went quick and smoothly thanks to Eric Eash. He had everything ready for us. He gave us great options for extra warranties and explained the pros and cons of all. I do not like purchasing cars so I was dreading this , but between Quinn and Eric my expectations were exceeded. I won’t go anywhere else for cars.
