I continue to be blown away with how thorough the Service Department is when evaluating and repairing my vehicle. The communication is top notch and my car always runs like it’s brand new after I leave the shop. Because I stay on top of my maintenance, and only get my car evaluated / repaired by this dealership, my car has had minimal to no issues since I purchased the car in 2017. This dealership has made me a loyal (and likely life long) customer of Volkswagen. I have had the pleasure of working with Michael Hecker, in particular, who goes above and beyond the call of duty each time my car is in for service.

My overall experience at the dealership was excellent. I was in town for a medical conference and my car needed service unexpectedly and I was able to make an appointment within one day. I was in touch with Brian who helped get my car serviced as I waited for a shuttle to bring me back to my temporary residence. While waiting for the shuttle, Mike made arrangements for me to use a loaner while my car was being serviced. Therefore, I no longer needed to wait for the shuttle and was able to move freely around Pittsburgh. These men were instrumental and customer service was amazing. The only thing I would mention that I wasn’t too thrilled about was the person I made an appointment with via the phone. Her name was April I had questions about the different locations and when I can get the earliest appointment being that I am not from Pittsburgh (I live 5 hrs away) and she just sounded as if I was a bother. Besides that Mike was very helpful in getting me a loaner and helping me with my issue.

The service department has always been so courteous and flexible. Any time I’ve had service done we need to drop the vehicle night before due to little ones. It’s easy and convenient for picking up the vehicle. They have allowed me to come get keys and come back for my vehicle.
