Myself and my wife stopped in on a Tuesday, late in the day, to look at, and test drive a 2024 GMC Denali 3500 Ultimate dually truck. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Tiffany. Well let me tell you, she was very helpful. Within 5 minutes we were inspecting the vehicle, then test driving it. When we returned to the dealership after the test drive, Tiffany met us again, and asked what we thought, we told her we wanted to move forward with the purchase. Tiffany advised she was off on Wednesday and would work on it on Thursday, I said not a problem at all, I was in no big hurry. Wednesday on her day off I received a text message from her, and on her day off she worked up all the paperwork, and had the deal done. We went in on Thursday, with our trade in, and within 15 minutes, we were done with everything , and ready to leave with our new truck. Tiffany did show us all the features of the truck, set up OnStar and Wi-Fi before we left. I did go to the manager and told him what a great job she did, she spent her day off working on this sale, and I advised him that work ethics like she presented are hard to come by in this day and age. We were completely satisfied with our purchase, the dealership, Tiffany our sales person, and the very quick service. One of our easiest purchases we made.

Paid attention to the concerns. As so far truck is repaired correctly. Constant contact about the issues. Overall, service was better than expected. It is a dealership so be prepared for a bill. Dealers aren't cheap. But their service is optimal. I worked for a number of dealerships. So I'm not gonna be fooled.

I work till 5 and took a chance I showed up at 520 pm and they close at 6. Nate came out and was very helpful and he listened. Nate met me on his day off to closed on the sale. He stayed and went over the car with me. Great experience. I will recommend him!! Thank you
