Let’s get things straight, I hate car shopping, the lying, and untrustworthy people. But when I got to this place 1st Place Auto, I had a great experience with Mrs. Maribel. She was very respectful, honest person at a time when it’s so hard to trust someone. And that she did her best just to make her customers leaving happy with something they really liked. She work from the bottom of her heart with great attitude. I was flabbergasted immediately by her customer service, the treatment and the fact that there was no unnecessary haggling! My saleswoman Maribel welcomed, and treated me with respect. I always have a ton of questions and demands and she answered all of them with the best attitude and treatment. She also went to the other location E side of Dallas Downtown just to get me what I’m looking for. On the pick up, My car was ready and clean. When I’m ready to purchase my next car, I will definitely give Mrs. Maribel a call. I don’t usually leave reviews if something went wrong, but this great experience, I had to!
