Looking for a taxi to take a guest from our hotel to airport, guest was waiting over an hour in lobby for Uber. Decided to call Farah, a lady answered and said she would be here in 10 mins. 10 min later she pulled up in a black Mercedes as stated. Love this! Will be recommending to future guests at our hotel. Mich was great despite the storm he was able to give me a round trip to the store and back. Dispatch was nice and was punctual.
