Came in the next day for a test drive and tire was flat and they gave me a free replacement for the two front tires and detailed the car before I drove off the lot with it in the same day. As a first-time buyer, and knowing a lot of younger friends in the farmersville area who are beginning to need reliable cars, I’ve already recommended this place 3 times since I bought my car two weeks ago. No racking up prices, tried to give me the best deal possible, possibilities I can do when my credit statement comes back in 6 months to refinance and get an EVEN BETTER price per month. Such a great experience! I have bought my fair share of cars and I always felt like a transaction, just another sale. But at 380 Auto Group Matt made me feel like a HUMAN. He was so incredibly kind, helpful and HONEST. You could tell he was more interested in selling quality cars than just selling as many as he could. His cars come with a clean title and a WARRANTY. I mean talk about comfort in such a large purchase. Not to mention his prices were unbeatable! I literally drove 4 hours to get a car from him and I would do it again (and probable will in the future).
