They are people that genuinely care about getting you a good car that fits your budget. I had problems with one that I got and they fixed the problem as soon as I called and took it up there. I'm giving the service 5 stars because they went above and beyond to assist my buying needs. The vehicle I bought however is MAYBE 3 stars. EVERY fluid was overfilled with the exception of the Washer fluid and Gas. I was about 3 miles from home when every warning light came on. This car needs some serious TLC and it will be as good as a 20 year old car could be. Not their fault I was ready to jump into the first vehicle I could get financed for. Beats riding 36 miles a day on a bicycle, let me tell ya. This is my 2nd purchase here, and I'd go back in a heartbeat when this car fails me....if it fails me.
