Johnny & Billy were amazing. They both went above and beyond to assist with purchase of my 2014 Jeep. Johnny found the best finance options and explained the process in detail. Even after I finalized the deal and drove off with my dream car and experienced a couple a issues Billie took care of them the next day. A man of his word with "30 days dealer warranty" didn't cost me a dime and service was complete in the same day. Never have I experienced the highest level of service buying a used car. We thought we had found the perfect vehicle here for my sister, a 2019 Subaru Outback. It wasn't listed online yet and had just been bought and brought to the lot that day, we just happened to see it while passing by. It had some minor damage to the front but Billy, who worked with us the entire time, assured us it would be inspected and repaired before being listed and sold. We asked to have it inspected with our mechanic as soon as we could and Billy agreed, we're glad he did as the auction house did not disclose damage to the frame and there was nothing on the car fax. Ultimately the car was returned and we were unable to purchase it for safety and other reasons. Regardless, Billy was a big help to us over our multiple visits, from test drives of several different cars, offering to keep us updated on what new cars arrived on the lot, to working with us on the Subaru. The dealership is small but had a nice little selection of different cars to choose from varying in years and all the staff were nice and helpful. Ultimately we purchased a vehicle at another dealership but we would have loved to purchased the one here had everything worked out. ????
