We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience when purchasing our 2014 Forester. Jeff was both personable and a pleasure to work with, yet professional and honest as well. They exceeded our expectations when addressing minor issues, and was pleasantly shocked to discover that their dealer fees were over $1,000 less when compared to other dealers in the area. Once more, helping a local small business made our purchase even more satisfying. (They even worked with us to surprise our son with the car for Christmas!). Bought a car for my son ( his first car ) from this dealer a few weeks ago. Since we live in a different state, I was a little bit hesitant to buy it without test driving it first. Jeff was super helpful throughout the whole process, even face timing with us so we can see the car better that you can see in pictures. We live 4 hours away from this car lot, but Jeff worked with us and our finance company via text, phone, and email to help us purchase our dream car!
