I had my doubts when searching for my Sprinter. I had a max price set and could not budge from it. Though we could not come to an agreement at first, Eric was willing to take the loss and meet me at my price. There are very few people willing to take the necessary steps to make things go well. I had one small issue with the van after 1000 miles, but Eric was willing to pick up the phone and help me through it and landed on exactly what the problem was. Used vehicles come with the inheritance of potential issues from previous owners, that can't be put directly on the dealer.

If you are looing for a Sprinter, this is the place to go! Eric, though he talks a lot, will go above and beyond a 'salesman' and become a helper to the buyer in whatever reasonable needs have to be met. When I need my next sprinter van, this IS the place I will look to first!!!

I bought my sprinters in February. Added a couple things and drove to Utah to ski with my family. I had heard that these van are great but there is a learning curve to adapt to if you are used to American products. It was important to me to have a resource to navigate this new world. Eric did not disappoint!  Everything question and every phone call was answered. He knows these things and and how they work. When he sold it to me, he said, “any questions just call”. And I have!  Great experience. The trip out west was great. It survived thunderstorms, ice storms, wind storms, and 15” of snow in the Mountains.
