Great experience. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from 3 dealerships over the last 3 years. Acura of Springfield was hands down the best experience. My salesman “Jake” was informative, personable, and I found him very credible. The management on site was welcoming and they did everything they could to take care of me. I live in NWA and was able to iron out details of the deal before ever even driving onto the lot. I got a good price on the vehicle I purchased and a very fair price on my trade in. We will buy our next Acura here. Thanks Jake and Jason. I will be a return customer. Great product. Great service. Great people. Thanks again!

My first car purchase in over 10 years and Bryan & Jason made my car buying experience great! Especially from over 500 miles away! Bryan sent me a custom video detailing the suv he also sent details documents and answered all of my questions. Jason was nothing short of a “model salesman” truly amazing from providing me with all of the information I needed to make my out of state purchase and picking me up from the airport! He showed me all of the features provided with my car and offered his continued support anytime- he really went above and beyond to help me! Thank you

I worked with Levi Lairmore at Acura of Springfield this week on various services for my car. I was greeted immediately upon stepping onto the lot and presented with best in class service every step of the way. They won’t finish a job until you’re completely satisfied. I also enjoyed the text updates and the ability to pay my invoice from a text link. Levi was awesome to work with, very responsive, and made me feel valued. My daughter and I had been looking for a car at other dealerships for two weeks prior to visiting Frank Leta Acura. We had some amazingly bad experiences at other dealerships. Some of those typical phrases were used on us like, "What's it going to take to get you guys to drive out of here with a new car?" "What color car would you like?" Tony was like a breath of fresh air after many unpleasant experiences. I found a car on the website and knew it was a good deal. He let us have an extended test drive and the whole process of purchasing the vehicle was straightforward and easy. There was no pressure and everyone was so nice to work with.
