I’ve been bringing my Forester here for service since I bought it in May 2019. They’ve always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. But I haven’t needed anything out of the norm until recently, when I realized three days before a road trip that I was nearly 3K miles overdue for an oil change - and that I should probably have someone check out an annoying jerking happening when I accelerated. I called and explained my situation, and they got me right in. They could have just done the oil change and relayed the good news that nothing appeared to be wrong with my car to cause the jerking. But they went a step beyond and the head/senior tech troubleshooted based on some information he’d read from other dealerships and fixed the issue based on that extra learning he’d done. So I was able to go on my road trip with a smoothly driving car I had 100% confidence in. Thank you Shea and team!!!

I was looking for a new car, nothing specific. We walked into Adventure and met Liz. I knew than I was going to end up with a Subaru! Aside from everyone being so incredibly friendly and laid back, It just felt like home. Liz was so patient and accommodating and knowledgeable and Rob (the manager) never once made us feel like we were asking too many questions.  I ended up with an Outback and couldn't be happier.
