Ashley made my experience at Toyota service a very positive one. She is the best customer service rep I have encountered  to my recollection across many different types of businesses. She was always calm, explained details of the work, provided suggestions, and, best of all, she was a good listener - which should be a skill for any customer service rep, but apparently so rare lately. Many thanks to her manager for his support and guidance. They arranged for my loaner and Ashley kept me updated in real-time on the timing and progress of the repair.
