I called to set up an appointment to have mud flaps put on my RAV4. The service man indicated there were two options and fully explained the difference. I asked for his opinion and he gave me a visual of both options. I asked for the regular smaller ones and they fit perfect. I was very happy with the end result and left feeling very satisfied. Zeb took very good care of my warranty service appointment, even though I’m just an occasional visitor to Vermont (so am not one of their ‘regular’ customers).  And I even received a coupon for a free car wash :)
