Great place to purchase a car from. No dealer markup! Drove all the way from Virginia to buy my new Toyota Prius prime. The whole experience took less than two hours. Dealing with Dave via email and phone calls was easy and he kept me inform of where my car would be. Would do it again!

We are always in and out in a timely manner. I love the free car wash that comes with any maintenance. Staff are friendly. My son loves the hot cocoa in the waiting area.

I called to set up an appointment to have mud flaps put on my RAV4. The service man indicated there were two options and fully explained the difference. I asked for his opinion and he gave me a visual of both options. I asked for the regular smaller ones and they fit perfect. I was very happy with the end result and left feeling very satisfied. The entire staff as well as service department are always extremely efficient, polite, friendly and accommodating. I have never left there dissatisfied. They are also very timely and hospitable.

Alderman’s Service dept staff was, once again, great - helpful, courteous, prompt, and entirely competent!! Zeb took very good care of my warranty service appointment, even though I’m just an occasional visitor to Vermont (so am not one of their ‘regular’ customers). And I even received a coupon for a free car wash :) I recommend them, completely!!
