My lease end was coming up and I was stressing about some curb rash and fender damage I had on my 2020 Giulia. I spoke with Jonas and he was is the most patient, soft spoken man I had ever dealt with at a dealership. He was honest, fair and did his best to give me different price options with various down payments. Unfortunately, due to a divorce my credit took a turn for the worse from when I originally got my 2020 Giulia. That changed the monthly payment we originally agreed on and what I was comfortable with. My credit wasn't Jonas' fault and totally out of his hand and unfortunately I had to walk away it was already closing time. The following morning when the dealership opened, I get a call from Jonas and the GM by the name of Jason. Both Jonas and Jason were apologetic that we couldn't make a deal the night before. Jason told me he made some calls and pulled some strings with some finance people he has worked with in the past and managed to get me a deal close to what I originally agreed on, about $15 more or so. Jason also mentioned he discounted the car more just to make this deal happen. They BOTH bent over backwards for me and did everything they could to make it happen. I SINCERELY and HONESTLY say that. Thank you Jonas and Jason. You have earned my respect and loyalty. Can't wait to see you guys during my maintenance visits and in 2026 during lease end for a new Alfa. Thank you again Gentleman!

From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Seth was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. Seth was communicative, friendly , and his customer service went above and beyond. The entire staff at Anaheim Hills made the process very pleasant. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership and Seth! Thank you again Seth I love my new Tonale!

As someone with a major passion for both cars and people, it pleases me to say that Anaheim Hills goes above and beyond in delivering a fantastic experience. From the very beginning- Jacob Erickson was professional, transparent, and eager to pass on his excitement towards the historical brand that is Alfa Romeo. Alongside his equally professional manager Jason Liu, the two helped guide me towards a fantastic opportunity on a simply gorgeous 2021 Stelvio Ti Sport (the very last Vesuvio Grey on red in the country!). Upon agreeing to numbers and submitting credit, I simply flew into John Wayne two days later- signed some paperwork, got the keys, and drove it back to Phoenix the same day. Boom! If you are looking for a first class experience, in state or not, Anaheim should be your first call. I'd like to also add that 5,000 miles later, my Stelvio ownership experience has been an absolute dream. Despite being a major Porsche/Audi fan, I must admit, Alfa has an emotional passion that continues to pull you behind the wheel. You can see it in the elegant exterior, luxurious interior, and outstanding performance on the road. A new X3, Q5, or Macan will make you happy, but the Stelvio will be the one that steals your heart. Again, big thanks to Jacob and Jason- you guys rock. I hope I'll return someday for a Ferrari powered Quadrifoglio!

Had an excellent experience dealing with Alfa Romeo of Anaheim Hills. Firstly Jonas Borges was extremely helpful both over the phone and in person even helping me locate my dream car that was rare and not available anywhere, He also took his time and was patient with me throughout all stages of purchasing a vehicle and basically making it a stress free experience, I highly recommend dealing with him. Also wanted to shoutout Jake and Alex who also provided a great experience when it came to signing paperwork and of course with making sure the whole process went as smooth as possible. Overall, I give the whole experience a 10/10.
