Oh my goodness. I was working with one chevy dealer for couple months told them what I want and I was just waiting a month or so to put a good down payment. I went in told them I was ready and they were unable to help at all. I then emailed All American Chevrolet Monday night and made an appt with Bryce to come Saturday to look at what they had and they had exactly what I needed. I purchased that same day and drove home a brand new car. Bryce Benefiel at All American Chevrolet in Muncie Indiana came through for me in a big way. I would highly recommend them!

Josh Banister was so very helpful!  He started the car-buying conversation with a personal phone call to me before I came in.  He took notes and listened to me, but also asked really good questions which helped us choose a different vehicle than we originally thought we needed.  I am very happy with the purchase of my car!  Josh does amazing at his job and we are so thankful for the care and concern he has shown us from beginning to even after the purchase of our vehicle!

We had a amazing time getting our new car with Tim helping out until Chuck took over and Jay making all sales / paperwork go threw. The staff was so polite and attentive to us. What a great experience! No rush no fuss 10 / 10 I would go again

No one came and told me my car was finished and ready to go. I saw my car in customer service  area , ( don’t know how long it had been there) . I ask the receptionist and she said “ oh yeah I have your paperwork “ I spent approx 1 1-2 hrs there. I believe communication could be improved.
