It was a wonderful experience at All American. I arrived early and was welcomed by Jonathan, who provided access. From our conversation, I felt he was an honest advisor. He suggested starting with a multipoint inspection and then checking for applicable coupons. When the inspection results came out, he patiently explained which services needed to be done now and in the future. He was like a teacher, explaining the mechanical theory and drawing pictures to help me understand. Jonathan didn't push any services, and the staff and front desk were very friendly. Jonathan is not only a professional advisor but also like a friend, sharing his life and family stories. It was my first visit to All American, but I felt at home, relaxing in the waiting room.

I must say I had a great experience at All-American Chevrolet  , speaking over the phone with Bill I explained I’m not interested in the typical hassle of buying a used vehicle & having to watch out for hidden/bogus fees. Bill told me , the only fees I’d be paying are taxes , doc fees ($349 , every other dealers were about $799). And that would be it , being that the truck was listed at a fair price I decided to make the hour & a half trip out there. I must say I loved pulling up to see the dealership with a ton of American flags. Sure enough , the truck was exactly as described & I couldn’t be any happier.

They even went as far as to make sure I could leave with my truck the same night so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back. All in all I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re in the market for a used / new vehicle. Lastly I wanted to thank bill & everybody there for the smooth transaction & no games!  God bless !

Loved everything about our experience at this dealership. Jack was an absolute sweetheart and such a pleasure to work with during this important decision. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He made sure to answer all of our questions even after we left. Although we were there right before closing on New Year’s Eve, we never felt rushed and were greeted with kind smiles from all the employees waiting to go home after a long day.
