Buying a Used Car is never an easy process. I was in the market for a used car for my son to get to and from school and to his sports practices and, eventually, have him share it with his sister when she gets her license. I wanted something reliable and in good condition, so when I saw a Mazda 3, 2013, that looked like a good starter car. I contacted Jose and he was very responsive. I wanted to do a PPI with a mechanic I found on the Internet (also close to 5 star rating), and Jose was very accommodating. I took the car for a test drive late afternoon on day 1 (Thanks Mo Mo for helping!) and it ran well - so I asked if the mechanic could look it over. Jose had it delivered there the next day to the mechanic for evaluation. Once I had the report from the mechanic, I discussed some of the findings and Jose was very transparent on my options. We discussed it and then settled on a price - over the phone! We completed the paperwork and the car was with the mechanic to address the findings ... and the car was mine ... all within 24 hours! To top this off, when I picked up the car from the mechanic he commented that Jose / All USA Motors was very professional and that he, the mechanic, got the impression that the dealer just wanted what was best for me the customer! I was in the market and looking for a reliable used car for my son. I saw All USA motors on Google Maps and read many of the 5 star reviews. One of the hardest things in buying a used car is trusting the seller. Jose had nothing but trustworthy written about him so we drove down to look at the cars on his lot. Jose and I spoke on the phone and he seemed genuinely helpful and not at all like someone who was about pressuring a sale. My wife and I found a 2016 Kia Soul on the lot that was perfect and what we had in mind for our son. No pressure sales and it was brought out for us to test drive. When we got back we discussed the car and price. Jose's manner of finding the right car for you is more important than pressuring you to just buy one. He worked with our budget and also took care right away all of the requests we had for the car. His staff (Mo Mo and Irwin were the best). After the purchase he assured me that if there was anything after we left that I had concerns about, not to hesitate calling him. There is a saying, "You Can Easily Judge the Character of a Man by How He Treats Those Who Can Do Nothing for Him." Most people (dealers or private party sellers) after the sale would quickly forget about you once they had your money. Jose is not that type of person. We had a concern with our new used car a few days after we purchased it. I texted Jose about it and he did not hesitate to reply back and work through the issues with me. That same afternoon, I returned to All USA Motors and Jose had his team resolve the issues within an hour! He truly is the best and I cannot say enough good things about his business and the way he conducts it. When my second child is in need of a good used car, Jose will be where we go to look.
