My fiancee brought me over here with the intention of shopping around with my car as a potential trade in. We had some time to puruse the lot before meeting JD, who was able to take us on a test drive in the Kia we had decided to look at. I had some trouble contacting Allentown Kia and posted here, almost immediately  I received a call from Mark the Service Manager, who took the time to listen to all my concerns, and made sure I knew that Allentown Kia does truly appreciate my business and values me as a long time customer.  He gave me  Laura's full contact information should I have any more questions or concerns.  Most companies service recovery is non existent these days, but this one truly cares.
