After my experiences with moving up here and buying an SUV with handy I could tell the difference between dealers. I was feeling a bit hesitant to buy a vehicle but for some reason I was looking for a corvette and the market as you know is a rolling dice on these vehicles you either buy high or buy low depending on the market. In conclusion these guys did an amazing job not only gave me upfront information on the vehicle but also give me reassurance that if problems arise in 30 days then I can bring the car back and get fixed for free of charge. I spotted some problems within the 30 days because lasts face it dealers don’t know 100% of the problems till the vehicle is driven more then a couple times. They fixed those problems and looked into concerns I had just in case. I will definitely be considering purchasing cars in the future with alliance as it was a great price and helpful mechanics and staff.

Walked in first thing in the morning looking to buy a car. It was right after a huge snowstorm so everyone was out clearing the lot and trying to make things presentable. They were short staffed and clearly very busy, but they made time to come and talk me through the options that fit my budget. Nobody tried pushing anything on me at all. No "oh you want something a little more expensive cause it's better" or "you need to buy this extra package". Straightforward and honest. "This is the car you're interested in? Here is the life story of that vehicle including where it came from, what damage it has had in the past, what maintenance issues you might experience down the road." Nothing was hidden, everything was disclosed, and most importantly they went at my pace. Despite being busy and short staffed they let me take my time test driving several options before I settled on one. Financing through them was straightforward and they worked with me every step of the way, again taking time to talk through all the specifics so that I understood exactly what I was getting myself into. They claim to want what's best for their customers and it felt like a totally honest statement. Having purchased a few cars over my lifetime, this is the first place where I haven't felt like someone saw me as a walking dollar sign that they could milk for every penny. I know I'll be recommending these guys to anyone looking for a used car in the future, and I'm sure to be back myself.

Had a bad bearing repaired today.  It's so refreshing to be treated right!  The work was done professionally,  I was treated very well and the price was fair. It's nice to know that I can trust Pat and Alliance Automotive for my all my vehicles care.  I think it's so hard to find a good trustworthy dealer and mechanic these days!  This is why I'm taking the time to share my good experiences.  I'll continue to update my review as needed.

Update:
I have continued to be very happy with my purchase.  Today I brought my Outback in for a rotation and balance .  I was treated very nicely and I was out in no time.  Again, very impressed.  I wish I could add a star!

I had a great experience and I'm very happy with my 2016 Outback.  Highly recommend Alliance if you're shopping for a car or need service.

8/17/23 New car!
Purchased a new car today from Alliance.  It was a great experience and Al worked hard to make the deal work.  The bank was slow and made Alliance jump through hoops even though I was approved.  I've never purchased another car from the same dealership but this time I did.  Why? Because I trust Al, Pat and Alliance.  They work hard to earn your business and trust.  I will continue to buy and have  service done with Alliance.  A big thanks to Alliance!

I traded in 2014 Honda Civic and purchased an Acura MDX from Alliance! Jack was very helpful in assessing my trade in and gave a fair offer for my trade in.
