Jason @Aloha Auto is a nice guy. He really helped us to find a good Lexus IS250 for the day we were in Maui to drive to Hana.
It's about 10 days before we got to Maui when first contacted to Aloha Auto. Jason told us all his cars were rented out for our arriving day since that was a cruise ship docking day. As a nice person as Jason is he made me trusted him and believed we would have a car to use when arriving to Maui although he said he could not premise us and only 90 percent chance he would have a car for us.
Sure enough, Jason arranged the good IS250 for us when we arrived. Renting and returning the car is easy. The price is reasonable. When talking about returning to Maui in the future, we are talking about renting again for Aloha Auto.

Talk about above and beyond. Recently we needed a rental car for a single day on the last day of our trip. Aloha Auto was happy to provide one within 30 minutes of a phone call and had the car ready on arrival. We had a really nice day and on our way back to Lahaina to drop it off we encountered a road closure due to a large wildfire - our flight was leaving 3 hours from this time and there was no clear timeline for the road reopening.

Aloha Auto allowed us to drop the car off with an associate on our side of the wildfire so we could safely and quickly make our flight.

Aloha Auto exceeded our expectations when it comes to a car rental
company. Our vehicle was clean and in great condition. Jason made us feel like we were part of his family, seriously you can't find customer service like this anymore. Making sure we were well taken care of since the moment we met him to the moment we returned the car. Also this location was within a short walking distance to the pier our cruise ship tendered to.

Rented two vehicles from them to explore the Road to Hana. Jason had the cars nice and clean clean, all fueled up, and ready to go. I got to drive a Chevy Equinox with 32k miles on it. Vehicle had plenty of room for our party of 5 plus numerous beach bags. My sister and her family were in a Dodge Caravan that had ample seating for their party of 7. Trip went without a hitch, and Jason absolutely exceeded our expectations. I'd recommend them to everyone, and loved just how close they were to our Lahaina cruise terminal.
