We searched for months for a car for my daughter and finally found one she liked on Car Gurus. I took the day off from work because we had to drive out of town to get there. The car was absolutely beautiful- inside and out! Just as pictured. We did run into a problem where the air conditioner wasn’t working. Without hesitation, Sean had it sent to their auto mechanic and replaced the compressor and it worked perfectly! He was very friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. After 2 months, we had to replace the battery, but that can happen when buying a used car. We have had no other issues. We have one happy daughter and are very satisfied parents! I would highly recommend this dealership.

Full disclosure, while I read a ton of Google reviews, I've never really felt the urge to actually write one until now.  This is because the dealer at Apex, Mikey, was EXCELLENT to work with! By far the most trustworthy customer service experience I've had in purchasing a car!
He bent over backwards to get us a great deal on my daughter's 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid (bought on 12/16/20)! And he was extremely accommodating in handling all of our requests, like locating all of the manuals & making small fixes both prior to AND after our purchase!
In fact we had to take the car to the Hyundai dealership for a recall & they tried to rip us off for $1100 saying it needed a new Timing Gasket Cover-but when we got a 2nd opinion it was actually the Valve Cover Gasket which Mikey said was about a $75 fix & he was right! He also sent us over to their tire shop, Apex Tires to have a nail removed & plugged at no cost.  They definitely go over & beyond.  I would recommend making this your first stop if purchasing a used car!
